Settlement Scheme

Cottege village “Western Sun” include 28 comfortable houses made of high class laminated logs. Its located on area of 5,4 Ga. All projects designed in one architecture style and can be used for all seasons living and recreation. Inside the settlement were arranged all necessary communications: electricity/lightning’s, water supply, security and fencing, public areas landscape arrangement, guest parking, road inside settlement, playgrounds, boat pier and sand beach. Nearby “Western Sun” there are Polyany village with modern infrastructure in 5 km.



“Western Sun” awarded as “Best cottage settlement of St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg’s region – Public acceptance 2008” in nomination “Resurrection of old traditions of suburban recreation”.
